SCREEN MENU IS A MODULE USED TO CREATE AND MAP THE MENU ITEM TO THE MENU ON THE POS. THIS WILL CREATE MENU ITEM BUTTON ON THE FRONT END POS.
CREATE OR EDIT SCREEN MENU
STEP 1: Go to CONNECT --> MENU --> SCREEN MENU. The Page displays all the Screen Menu of the database. VIRTUAL SCREEN will preview the Screen Menu Button on the POS. User may CLONE the menu in order to create a same new menu from the original menu.
STEP 2: To Create a new Screen Menu, click CREATE SCREENMENU on the Top Right. Insert a name for the ScreenMenu. Column Count is the number of Rows for the screen menu category button. Column width is the width of the screen menu category button. User may map the screen menu to a specific department by choosing the department. Location is to map the screen menu to a specific location. Click Save once all the information is confirmed.
STEP 3: Select LIST from the categories tab of the Menu and it will show all the categories created under the menu.
STEP 4: To create a Screen Category, click CREATE SCREEN CATEGORY on the Top Right. Insert the screen category name and Save it in order to create a new screen category.
STEP 5: To edit the configuration of the Screen category, click Actions and Edit.
STEP 6: User basic information, below are the configuration for the screen category.
[Key Pad] - Is a number pad to enter the quantity. Small will have number for 1 to 5 and Large will have number from 1 to 0.
Category Color: To change the color of the screen category button
Category Font Size: To change the font size for the screen category button
Page Count: The set the number of page for the category
Copy to all: Tick copy to all and the setting will be copy to all the other screen category.
STEP 7: Click LIST under Menu Items to list out all the items which is mapped to the category.
STEP 8: Click CREATE SCREEN MENUITEM to insert items to the screen category.
Font Size: To set the font size of the menu item button
Sub Tag: To tag the menu item into a Sub Category button to be shown on the POS
To add the item into the screen category, click the Right arrow on the item. To remove the item from the screen category, click the left arrow on the item. Click Save once confirm.
STEP 9: To edit the Menu Item configuration, click ACTIONS and edit.
STEP 10: User may change the setting for the menu item on this page.
