The Custom reports has been introduced from Version 2.62. This feature helps to design the reports as per the customer needs.
Report Designer helps to design the Report. You can download that from the Installer Drive. The Installer Drive will also have the User Guide to design the Report.

HOW TO USE
Once the Reports are created, you have to place the Report in the folde. The folder location is
For Example, you are creating the Report called Orders and you want to to display under the MenuItem
TICKET --> Order Report
